What you agree to
The ICOM 2027 + CPPTA 2027 conference organizers use your email address to send conference announcements, speaker news and deadline reminders only if you sign up and confirm your email. Subscription is not required to register or submit an abstract.
What we store
We store your email address, subscription status, the consent wording and dates of signup, confirmation and withdrawal. Access is restricted to authorized conference organizers. Website hosting is provided through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare; confirmation emails are delivered through Resend. Your address is not added to the registration database or sold.
Changing your mind
You can withdraw consent using your personal unsubscribe link in the confirmation email and future conference updates. This stops promotional updates, not essential messages about an existing registration or abstract.
Retention and requests
Unconfirmed requests are removed after 30 days when subsequent signup requests are processed. Subscription and consent records are kept as needed to manage the list and record your preferences. For access, correction, deletion or questions about your data, contact mailing@icomonline.org. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data-protection authority.
